WOMEN’S HEALTH THERAPIST IN THE SUTHERLAND SHIRE

FERTILITY AND PREGNANCY SPECIALIST

A little about me…

I am a naturopath, clinical nutritionist, herbalist and pregnancy massage therapist in Cronulla, Sydney where I live with my beloved husband and beautiful baby girl.

My professional life started as a lawyer. However my intuition was loud and clear. I knew I needed to follow my heart and passion for health.

However I am not perfect. My health has met its struggles and challenges.

I battled cystic acne for over a decade, I had a disordered relationship with food (like most teenage girls!), I trashed my body in my 20’s, I have been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, subclinical hypothyroidism and unexplained infertility, and I have struggled with motherhood depletion, overwhelm and exhaustion. Read about my fertility journey HERE: My greatest gift.

I am so grateful for these fertility and pregnancy challenges because they have given me the compassion, knowledge, wisdom and burning desire to help other women.

I think my job is pretty fantastic.
