If you haven’t being lucky enough to try naturopathy before I am sure you are wondering what it involves.

Naturopathy is personalised medicine. What sets naturopathy apart from conventional medicine is that treatment is tailored exactly to your unique circumstances. Every patient’s story is different. I take the time to carefully listen to my patients. I will help you to devise a plan that is perfectly suited for you.

Naturopathy is root cause medicine. My role is to be a detective and find the underlying cause of health issues. I will treat your presenting symptoms to provide short-term relief. However for long lasting health the cause of your complaint needs to be removed. It is that simple. Remove the cause. Reclaim your health.

Naturopathy is preventative medicine. I do not have the time nor do I want to be unwell. By taking a little time each day to take of my health through simple strategies I am setting myself up for a lifetime of good health. I do not want to feel average and struggle through my day. I want optimal health. I want to feel amazing every single day. My mantra: Today is the perfect day for a perfect day 🙂

Naturopathy is wholistic. I believe that health encompasses a strong mind, body and spirit. When all of these factors are taken care of the body thrives. And it becomes easy to love life.

“The body is your temple. Keep it pure and clean for the soul to reside in” – B.K.S. Iyengar

Naturopathy is natural. An important guiding principle of naturopathy is “first do no harm”. The naturopathic tools I use remind the body to function as it is meant to do. There are no nasty side effects when treatment is aligned with the body’s natural processes. I have confidence in the phenomenal healing powers of nature because I have seen it work time and time again.
