I love this breakfast. It is a healthy version of Bircher. Many of the Birchers found in cafes are loaded with sugar. It ticks all of my nutrient meal requirements combining good quality protein, healthy fats and wholegrain carbohydrates.

I love this smoothie for either breakfast or an afternoon pick-me up! The beautiful combination of spinach and banana rich in energy bursting B vitamins, and coconut oil which contains medium chain fatty acids burned for immediate energy, provide the perfect zing!
